No alcohol or alcoholic liquor shall be sold or delivered or otherwise furnished to minors or to any intoxicated person or person reasonably appearing to be intoxicated by any person licensed to sell alcohol or alcoholic liquor within the village, by any employee or agent thereof, or by any other person whatsoever, except as may otherwise be permitted under the ordinances of the village. As used in this Chapter 112, the term MINOR shall mean any natural person under 21 years of age.
