Any premises requiring a license as provided in § 111.09 may operate only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, and between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this chapter, the hours of operation hereby established by this section shall be reviewed not less frequently than semiannually by the Village Board of Trustees and shall be restricted, altered or amended from time to time as the Board deems fit.
