§ 111.08 RESPONSIBILITY OF DISTRIBUTOR AND MACHINE OWNER FOR COMPLIANCE.

It shall be the responsibility of the distributor and game machine or amusement device owner to assure that all applicable codes regarding the use, operation and installation of game machines and amusement devices installed by him are complied with and that failure could result in the penalty as described in the penalty section of the applicable ordinance.
