(A) The fee for the distributors permit shall be $2,000 per year and shall be non-refundable. First time applicants shall pay a fee that will be prorated in $167 increments from the month purchased till December of the year purchased.
(B) The annual permit fee required by this chapter, payable by the business owner, shall be as follows:
(1) $200 for owners of one to five vending, amusement or game machines;
(2) $500 for owners of six to ten vending, amusement or game machines;
(3) $1,000 for owners of ten to 15 vending, amusement or game machines; and
(4) $2,500 for owners of more than 15 vending, amusement or game machines.
First time recipients of a machine owner's permit hereunder may pay a prorated annual fee as determined by the village for the initial permit.
