§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A person violating § 52.05 shall be fined no less than $100 and no more than $500 for each offense. In addition, any person violating § 52.05 shall be liable to the town for any expense, loss or damages experienced by the town as a result of such violation.
