(A) No electric user or other person, except employees of the town, or persons authorized in writing by the Town Council, has authority to turn power off or on to any property served by the town electric system.
(B) If the town call crew is called out after hours and/or on weekends, holidays or for non-emergency electric service problems with line and/or meter bases, the property owner will be charged a $25 fee for one turn-off and turn-on.
(C) If the property owner and/or contractor makes arrangements, approved by the Town Electric Department, to be disconnected after hours, there will not be a charge for his or her service.
