§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 150.02 shall be liable to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $300 for each day that such violation continues. In addition, the violator shall be liable for all costs incurred by the town in the abatement of said nuisance.

   (C)   Failure to comply with an order to vacate (as § 150.17 instructs) will, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not less than $25, nor more than $50. No notice will be required for those persons violating §§ 150.15 through 150.18 after the first offense, and each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   (1)   Any person who does the following commits a penal violation and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100, but each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense:
         (a)   Violates any of the regulations established by § 150.30;
         (b)   Violates any conditions of a variance granted under § 150.33;
         (c)   Refuses to admit to his or her building or premises the Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Fire Chief or their authorized agents seeking to make an inspection in accordance with § 150.34; or
         (d)   Refuses or willfully fails to comply with the requirements of any notice served under § 150.34 within the time period allowed.

      (2)   Any building or premises wherein any fire safety violation is found to exist or is permitted to continue unremedied shall be deemed an unsafe building or premises subject to abatement in the same manner as other unsafe buildings or premises as provided in the Town Building Code.
