§ 150.34 INSPECTION FOR FIRE SAFETY; NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   The Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Chief of the Fire Department, or their authorized agents, shall have the right at all reasonable hours to visit and examine all dwelling units, other buildings, or premises, within the corporate limits of the town to discover if any fire hazard exists therein in violation of any applicable state or local fire laws, ordinances and regulations. If the Inspector finds the building or premises to be in a dangerous condition, he or she shall give the owner written notice thereof requiring the owner to bring the building or premises into compliance and render same safe within 30 days; however, if the Inspector finds any grave and imminent danger of fire or explosion, he or she may specify a lesser period for compliance.
