Any person violating § 132.01 shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense; provided, however, that should such person or persons remain or return to the premises to unlawfully loiter or gather after being directed to depart or disperse by an enforcement officer, the fine shall be not less than $50, nor more than $100.
