(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 131.01 shall, upon conviction, forfeit and pay any sum not less than $25 nor more than $50.

(C) Any person violating § 131.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $5, nor more than $10.

(D) Any person violating § 131.03 shall be cited and prosecuted for a violation of the town code, and shall be liable for a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,500.
