§ 131.02 THROWING BALLS NEAR BUSINESS BUILDINGS PROHIBITED.
   Any person who shall be found playing ball, throwing and catching the same, or tossing a ball by or against any business building within the corporate limits of the town shall be subject to § 131.99.
