§ 112.05 COUNTY PERMITS; VALIDITY; CONDITIONAL PROCEDURES.
   Parke County, Inc., may issue permits to qualified and eligible persons for the conduct of business pertinent to and in connection with a festival, sponsored, conducted or supervised by it, and such permit shall be valid and serve in lieu of any license otherwise required under § 112.01; provided that said Parke County, Inc., complies with the following provisions.
   (A)   Parke County, Inc., will assume full responsibility for governing all sidewalk sales during the festival.
   (B)   At the time of issuing a permit for booths and/or shacks in any tent or on the courthouse lawn, Parke County, Inc., will collect $35 for lighting costs, and will deliver to the Town Council one check covering all charges for electricity used thereby. Non-refundable electrical connection fee is $60. Refundable meter deposit is $25 for every booth and/or shack on the courthouse lawn.
   (C)   Parke County, Inc., or any of its authorized agents, shall make or cause to be made sufficient inspections to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and other applicable town ordinances by the personnel conducting such sales.
