§ 112.04 REGULATIONS GOVERNING CONDUCT OF ITINERANT OR TRANSIENT BUSINESS.
   Conduct of business under a license pursuant to § 112.03, or without a license pursuant to § 112.02, is governed by the following regulations:
   (A)   No street or alley shall be blocked by any merchandise offered for sale.
   (B)   On sidewalks, a six-foot passageway for pedestrians shall be left open, and merchandise shall be securely and adequately placed so that it will not endanger passers-by nor fall nor extrude into any street or alley.
   (C)   Selling shall not be conducted in any manner which would cause a nuisance nor create a fire hazard.
