Application for a license to conduct any business activity as described in § 112.01 shall be made in writing to the Town Clerk-Treasurer. The application shall contain the name(s) and permanent address(es) of the applicant, if an individual, or of the partners if a copartnership, or of the principal officers if a corporation, church, club or charitable institution; and a description of the commodities to be so displayed, and sold or the work or services to be performed. A license fee of $10 shall be charged for such application. No license shall be valid for more than ten days.
