(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 110.01 shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, if such person or organization fails or refuses to abate or to cease violating any provision of § 110.01, the Town Marshal may cause the same to be abated and said violator shall be liable for costs incurred therefrom.
