§ 110.01 TACKING SIGNS TO TREES AND UTILITY POLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or organization to paste, tack, attach or place any sign, bill or placard to any tree, electric line pole or telephone pole in or upon any street or alley within the town, unless such person or organization has received previous approval from the Town Council.
