(A) A person may petition the Town Council for permission to burn items or in such a way not otherwise allowed under this chapter.
(B) Notice of the petition must be published at least three days before the meeting at which it will be considered.
(C) The notice shall include the date, time and place of the meeting at which the petition will be considered, and the date, time and location of the proposed burning.
(D) The Town Council may impose reasonable conditions, in the interest of public safety, upon any burning allowed under this section.
