§ 93.04 HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL NUISANCES GENERALLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, cause, permit, keep or maintain within the limits of the town anything whatever which is injurious to health or indecent or offensive to the senses of any of the inhabitants, or which obstructs the free use of property by such inhabitants.
