§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties prescribed under § 10.99.

   (B)   In addition, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the penalties prescribed under § 10.99.

   (C)   The notice to owner specified in § 93.07(D) shall include a statement that the above fine may be imposed in addition to all other costs and penalties associated with a violation of § 93.07.
