(A) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to park or to permit a vehicle to stand along and upon the following described portions of streets: the west side of Beadle Street, from Howard Avenue north to the Rockville Junior-Senior High School, except in compliance with police directions.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or otherwise leave unattended, a vehicle anywhere on or along the east side of Shadeland Avenue from the intersection of Elm Street and Shadeland Avenue to the intersection of Shadeland Avenue and York Street in the town. Violators can be fined an amount up to $50 for each violation. Vehicles parked in violation of this division (B) may be towed at the owner’s expense.
(C) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or otherwise leave unattended, a vehicle anywhere on or along the south side of Dewey Street and the west side of College Street in the town, beginning at the southeast corner of the intersection of Dewey and Barton Streets, thence traveling along a curve in a westerly direction on the south side of Dewey Street and in a northerly direction on the west side of College Street for a distance of approximately 330 feet.
(2) It shall further be unlawful for any person to park, or otherwise leave unattended, a vehicle anywhere on or along the north side of Dewey Street and the east side of College Street in the town, beginning at the northwest corner of the intersection of Dewey and Barton Streets, thence traveling along a curve in a westerly direction on the north side of Dewey Street and in a northerly direction on the east side of College Street for a distance of approximately 470 feet.
(3) Violators can be fined an amount up to $50 for each violation. Vehicles parked in violation of this division (C) may be towed at the owner’s expense.
