SCHEDULE III: TRUCKS AND BUSES; SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to park or leave standing any truck or bus along and upon the following described portions of streets:
   (A)   North Jefferson, Street, between its intersection with Ohio Street and its intersection with York Street; and
   (B)   North Market Street, between its intersection with Ohio Street and its intersection with York Street.
