(A) Recreational vehicles. During the month of October of each year, it shall be unlawful for any person to park any recreational vehicles upon any street which bounds or runs within the following designated area: on South College Street from the intersection of West Pennsylvania Street north to the intersection of North College Street and West York Street, thence east on York Street to Erie Street, thence south on Erie Street to Pennsylvania Street, thence west on Pennsylvania Street to South College Street.

(B) Cargo vehicle. During the month of October of each year, it shall be unlawful for any person to park any cargo vehicle between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. within two blocks of the square around the County Courthouse. Any person violating this division (B) shall be subject to a fine of up to $50. In addition, any vehicle found in violation of this division (B) may be towed and impounded at the owner’s expense.
