SCHEDULE I: LIMITED-TIME PARKING.
   When signs are erected giving notice thereof in each block or half-block, no person may park any vehicle there during the time periods indicated for a longer time than permitted, as follows:
   (A)   Fifteen-minute limit. Parking is limited to 15 minutes in the following areas between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays: on the west side of Market Street from the north edge of Ohio Street to the south edge of the curb line at the alley running between the U.S. Post Office and the Town Public Library.
   (B)   Two-four limit. Parking is limited to two hours in the following areas between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays:
      (1)   On the south side of High Street, from the west edge of Jefferson Street to the east edge of Market Street;
      (2)   The west side of Market Street from the north edge of High Street to the south side of Ohio Street;
      (3)   On the west side of Market Street from the north edge of Ohio Street to the south edge of York Street;
      (4)   On the east side of Market Street from the north edge of Ohio Street to the south edge of York Street;
      (5)   On the east side of Jefferson Street from the north edge of High Street to the south edge of York Street;
      (6)   The west side of Jefferson Street from the north edge of Ohio Street to the south edge of York Street;
      (7)   The center strip on Market Street from the north edge of High Street to the south edge of Ohio Street; and
      (8)   On the west side of Jefferson Street from the north edge of Ohio Street to the south edge of York Street.
