§ 30.01 NONBUSINESS USE OF TOWN-OWNED VEHICLES.
   The Town Superintendent, or any employee acting in his or her stead, is permitted to use a town-owned vehicle, designated by the Town Council, for nonbusiness purposes, and said vehicle, shall be assigned to said town employee until the use of said vehicle is restricted or revoked by the Council.
