(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CARRIAGE. Any non-motorized vehicle pulled or propelled by animal labor.
STREET. Any street, alley, lane, avenue, court, or other vehicular public right-of-way within the town.
(B) Manure bags required. No person operate a carriage or cause a carriage to be operated on any street, unless all animals are fitted and/or equipped with manure bags. All such manure bags shall be emptied regularly. Manure shall not be deposited on any public street, alley, sidewalk, or right-of-way.
