The intent and purpose of this chapter is to promote and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the county by providing safe, sanitary facilities for residential living in mobile home parks. Through the application and understanding of this chapter, the people of the county residing in mobile home parks will be provided with quality housing in an enjoyable environment.
