§ 151.01 AUTHORITY.
   These regulations are adopted pursuant to the enabling authority set forth in Ill. Rev. Statutes Ch. 34, § 422, and Ill. Rev. Stat. Ch. 111.5, § 728, and shall be cited and known as “The Mobile Home and Mobile Home Park Code ” of the county or “this chapter.”
