(A) Acts prohibited. No person shall present sexually-oriented entertainment in an unincorporated area of the county other than as authorized by the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Regulated area. This chapter applies to the unincorporated areas of the county.
(C) Power to license. Subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in this chapter, the Sheriff of the county has the power to issue, renew, or revoke any license provided for by the provisions of this chapter.
