§ 112.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person or organization violating any provision of §§ 112.40 through 112.48 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
