(A) The position of County Administrator shall be deemed vacant if the incumbent is, by death, illness, or other casualty, unable to continue in the office, or resigns or is removed from office.
(B) A vacancy in the office shall be filled on an interim basis as provided in § 30.37 until such time the incumbent County Administrator is able to resume normal duties or a new County Administrator is appointed following policies as identified in § 30.37 and repeated in the procedure manual.
