§ 30.37 APPOINTMENT.

The County Administrator shall be recruited and selected in a process as recommended by the executive committee of the County Board and approved by the Board. Approval of the selection of the County Administrator shall be made by a majority vote of the Board, and then the Board approved County Administrator shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the County Board.
