§ 92.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.07 shall be fined an amount not less than $25 but not more than $200 for each offense. Restitution may also be asked for in addition to the fine in the case of damage to District properties.
