(A) No person shall set or allow to be set any trap to catch any domestic animal (whether the trap is owned by him or her or not) on his or her property unless approved by the animal control officer.
(B) The indoor trapping of mice and rats is permitted.
(C) Live traps which do not injure animals will be permitted unless there is a designated trapping season which prevents its use.
