§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or corporation who shall violate §§ 90.01 through 90.03 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500. After expiration of 30 days from receipt of notice that §§ 90.01 through 90.03 is being violated, each day the nuisance is permitted to continue to exist may be prosecuted as a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person committing a violation of §§ 90.15 through 90.17 shall be subject to arrest, and upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction, shall pay a fine in an amount not less than $25 and no greater than $500 per violation.

   (D)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of § 90.31 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not more than $100, and for a subsequent offense such person is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Every nuisance described in § 90.31, upon conviction, may, by order of the court in that action, be abated by the Sheriff or other proper officer at the expense of the defendant. It is not a defense to a proceeding under § 90.31 that the nuisance is erected or continued by virtue or permission of a law of the state.
      (2)   Any person who violates any provision of § 90.34 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $200 for each subsequent offense.
      (3)   For any violations of the provisions of §§ 90.30 through 90.39, each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
