(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 71.01 shall be fined $5 if the fine is paid within 72 hours from the issuance of the ticket, and if not paid within 72 hours, the fine will be increased to $20. Unless you pay the fine as notified, application will be made to the court for a warrant for the driver’s arrest. All parking violations must be made to or brought to the County Sheriff’s office at 1317 Third Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201.
