§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The County Sheriff’s Department is hereby authorized and directed to enforce § 70.01 to the fullest extent. Violation of § 70.01 is punishable by a fine of $50 per passenger.
