§ 52.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 52.01 through 52.07 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
