(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter, which violation constitutes a violation of the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act, being 225 ILCS 225/1 et seq., or any rule, regulation, order, or determination of the Department of Public Health of the state, adopted or made by said Department pursuant to said Act, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and fined not less than $100. Any other violation of this subchapter shall be deemed a petty offense. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
