(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Every person in violation of § 152.22 who shall be found to have encroached on any street or public way or alley by any building, sidewalk, wall, or fence and refuses or neglects to remove the same, upon notice from the City Manager, within one week from the date thereof shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
