(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Violation of any provision of §§ 92.01, 92.02, 92.20 through 92.22, 92.35 through 92.42, or 92.55 through 92.62 or of any obligation imposed by these sections shall constitute a misdemeanor in addition to and separate from any of the remedies set forth by those sections. Any person cited under the provisions thereof shall be assessed a penalty of $50 for each day and every day during which such violations shall continue. Each day shall be a separate and distinct.
(C) Violation of § 92.05 shall be a misdemeanor. The penalty for the first offense shall be $50. The penalty for a second or subsequent offense shall be $300.
