§ 92.22 MATTER NOT TO BE BURIED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fill any land with or dump upon any land within the city’s jurisdiction any garbage, dead animals, decaying vegetable or animal matter, or any offensive material nor shall any of the aforesaid offensive materials be buried within the city but shall be disposed of as provided by law.
