Any consumer shall be allowed 90 days to correct any cross-connections, auxiliary intakes, interconnections, or other hazard, as defined by § 55.06, of the code in violation of the provisions of this chapter. The 90 days will be from the date of receipt of the notification given by the Public Utilities Director.
