§ 50.26 TRANSPORTING GARBAGE INTO CITY FOR DEPOSITING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to haul or carry any garbage, refuse, or debris into the city from outside the city and leave or deposit such garbage, refuse, or debris within the city.
