§ 50.08 ACCUMULATIONS OF WOODY DEBRIS, BUILDING REFUSE, AND THE LIKE.
   All large accumulations of grass or hay or materials left from paper hanging, building construction and repairing, and other such labors and all large accumulations of tree limbs or trimmings, shrubbery, and the like shall be removed by the contractor or owner of the premises where it may be located at his or her own expense; provided, the owner or person responsible for the removal of the accumulation may make application to the Sanitation Supervisor who may, if there is sufficient labor and time available, have the city remove the accumulation at the expense of the owner or occupant of the premises. The charge for the service shall be determined by the Sanitation Supervisor.
