(A) Emptying trash containers at regular intervals. Garbage containers shall be removed from the premises where located and emptied at intervals of not more than 1 week, shall not be permitted to leak or distribute garbage and shall be kept clean and free of odor by the owner or person in charge of the garbage containers.
(B) Emptying and removal of garbage from transient rental units. Any operator of a hotel as those terms are defined in § 34.01 shall contract with a person who engages in the hauling of garbage and rubbish within the corporate limits of the city for the purpose of emptying garbage containers and removal of contents at intervals of not more than 1 week.
