For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All animal and vegetable matter, refuse and household waste of materials or matter prepared or intended in whole or in part to be used for food; also all animal and vegetable refuse from places where foodstuffs intended for human consumption are handled commercially.
PERSON. Firm, company or corporation.
RUBBISH. All refuse other than garbage.
