The applicant originally paying for the extension(s) shall have the obligation of providing the city with his or her address for 15 years after the certification of costs to the city. If the person cannot be found by the city with due diligence on behalf of a benefitted property owner, including a Department of Motor Vehicle search and a search with the County Clerk, then the original applicant will be deemed to have waived his or her right to any prorata contribution. This waiver shall be final. All amounts required to be paid to the original applicant shall be paid to the City of Rockaway Beach general fund.
