§ 50.42 STANDARDS FOR STREETS.
   All elements of new construction or extension of streets shall conform to the requirements and guidelines of the City of Rockaway Beach's Public Works Standards and Specifications, unless otherwise authorized by the City Council under § 50.40 herein.
