An application for a Class A permit shall be granted or denied within 7 business days of receipt of a completed application. An application for a Class B permit shall be granted or denied within 20 business days after notice is provided under § 95.11. If a permit is denied, the City Manager shall state in writing the reasons why the permit was denied. If a permit is granted, a copy of the event sound permit shall be provided to the applicant and to any person who submitted written comments to the city.
