§ 34.65 REVENUE.
   (A)   The emergency service fees revenue shall be used only for emergency services, including funding payroll costs for staff, equipment, and the materials necessary to operate police, fire and emergency preparedness services.
   (B)   All funds collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in an "Emergency Services Account" in the city's General Fund.
   (C)   Funds shall be allocated to the specific emergency service (Police, Fire and Emergency Preparedness), in proportion to the fee amount collected for each service.
   (D)   City shall collect the emergency services fee by adding the emergency services fee to the utility bill of each customer in the City of Rockaway Beach. For non-utility accounts, the billing shall be mailed to the property owner's address as set forth in the county property records, unless such owner requests the billing be sent to a different address.
